We specialise in casting shielded windows (Mesh/emc/RFI), working with different thickness' and specifications. We also cast our own Prism "A" TM (CR39) in house, along with Acrylic sheets - all to tight tolerances.
We can supply a variety of optical windows to your exact specification... including Polycarbonate and Polarised. We work closely with our customers to ensure the material is perfect for the job, and can supply windows up to + -.10, dependent on material. We can also machine your own material, so please ask.
We have 4 of the latest 3 axis CNC machines, to ensure a perfect cut and finish. Our windows are closely inspected and once we're happy with the end product, we then cover each window with a protective film to both sides. This ensures that each window is blemish and scratch free upon arrival ready for fitment to your display. In addition we can machine plastic ABS boxes for electronics and other manufacturing industries, to your exact specification.
